We are looking for a Permanent Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) to join our friendly team at our Education location in Taunton. In this role you would be expected to ensure all children and young people within our acre are secure and receiving the best possible educational provision and outcomes

Working alongside the Teacher in charge you will support with learning activities, help plan lessons, prepare teaching materials and resources. You will give clear and effective teaching to secure pupil progress whilst assessing the development, progress and attainment of pupils. You’re also contribute to an integrated model of care and school development plan, whist supporting the pupils, recognising and responding to their individual needs

We are looking for someone who has a good understanding of the national curriculum framework and differentiation. Ideally, we would like you to have gained an education standard of up to degree level, whilst showing evidence of vocational education or experience relevant to this post
